Product overview:

Requirments of Use
- During transportation, it is strictly prohibited to drop cables or cable reels from a height, especially at lower temperatures (generally 5°C or below). Dropping or throwing cables may cause insulation and sheath cracking.
- It is advisable to avoid storing cables in the open air in an exposed manner. Cable reels must not be placed horizontally.
- When hoisting packaged items, it is strictly prohibited to hoist several reels at the same time. On vehicles, ships and other transportation tools, cable reels should be fixed in a suitable manner to prevent mutual collision or overturning, so as to prevent mechanical damage to the cables.
- Cables must not come into contact with acids, alkalis and mineral oils. They should be stored separately from these corrosive substances. There should be no harmful gases that damage insulation or corrode metals in the warehouse where cables are stored.
- During the storage period of cables, they should be rolled over regularly (once every three months in summer and at appropriate intervals in other seasons). When rolling, the lower side of the stored reel should be rolled over to the upper side to prevent the bottom from getting damp and rotten. During storage, it should be frequently checked whether the cable end seals are intact.
- The storage period of cables is limited to the production date of the product. Generally, it should not exceed one and a half years, and at most two years.
